Orderly storage isn't everything. After all, what use is the most secure archive if you are not able to find anything or can not gain quick access to certain information when you need to?

This is precisely where our retrieval services come into play. Under the term retrieval we include all processes relating to the provision and re-archiving of information. In this sense we distinguish between different types of standardised retrieval procedures which can be requested via the internet customer database ZAS ArgOnline:

1. Lending services
2. Extension
3. Return
4. Outsourcing
5. Provision
6. Digitisation (Scan on Demand)
7. Destruction

Depending on the selected type of archive storage and dispatch type, the return of the original documents invariably takes place within 24 hours, or for express/urgent services within 2 hours.

The provision of digital or fax copies will be issued within 30 minutes at most (express service).

Each retrieval process follows a request, which you can personally make via the internet customer database Z.A.S ArgOnline. Alternatively, you can also place this inquiry with our archivists. With a current stock of approximately 150,000 metres of files, approximately 1000 requests/accesses are granted every month, which are quickly and reliably processed by our 50-strong team.
