Archive Logistics

For the transporting of archives we have a logistics department with a specialised fleet. In this way, we can offer a whole range of logistics services, from the complete archive removal using isothermal specialised means of transport, to rapid courier services. Therefore, you can choose between different options depending on the level of urgency:

• Regular journeys
• Special journeys
• Express journeys

For data media, our vehicles are equipped with fire-proof safes. The transport of isothermally delivered samples takes place in special vehicles using dry ice and/or in actively cooled special containers.

If required, the transport of materials using the Z.A.S. security courier is insured for up to €100,000.00 per transport. It goes without saying that both the vehicle and the employee fully meet the obligations set out under the Federal Data Protection Act.

The proper destruction of files and data media which are no longer required, is also part of our logistics process which we carry out upon request using specialised equipment on your premises.
